Fit for Life’s one-on-one wellness programs are not only about improving strength goals or managing weight objectives, but understanding the individual emotional dynamics of healthy living.
The 2,000 square foot training studio located in Warrensville Heights, offers weight training equipment, exercise bikes, treadmills, dumbbells, jump ropes, exercise resistance bands, Olympic lifts and other tools to help facilitate weight management goals. Fit for Life also offers massage and shower facilities.
Since 1997, Harmon has trained and educated countless individuals and corporations have hired him to consult on employee wellness programs. The following organizations have benefited from his wellness insights: Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA), The Gathering Place, The Health Museum of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), The American Cancer Society, Cleveland Diabetes Association and various other community organizations and businesses.
